This year, the whole high school bought Mac books for educational purposes. However, is it necessary for us to buy Mac books? It was somewhat random for the school to tell us to buy Mac books. The school did not even ask the parents but to just buy it for school purpose. However, I do not think that Mac books are that efficient. First, why do we need a Mac book? People say that there are many school educational things in a Mac book, but so far the only thing that I found that helps me in school is I movie, and garage band. Then is it worth buying a Mac book just because of garage band and I movie? The school said that we would be able to use this Mac book until college. However, I think that this is going to be too old to use in college. Why didn’t the school let us choose to buy or not? I was planning to buy my own new laptop. Then the school made me change to use Mac book. I really think that it was a waste of money buying a laptop for school purpose. We have laptops in school but then why can’t we just use those. Because of laptops, it distracts our school studies and homework. Mac books are just pointless.
